Data Deletion Instructions

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data that is held by Da Vinci IT bv (operating as Stratics.ai). This includes any data collected through our platform and through our integrations with Meta products (Facebook, WhatsApp Business API).

We may hold the following data about you:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Organisation and workspace data
• Messages and conversations processed through our WhatsApp integration
• Contact and lead information entered into the platform
• Usage logs and activity history
• Billing records (subject to legal retention obligations)

You can request deletion of your data in one of the following ways:

Once we receive a valid deletion request:

• We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.
• We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request where we are required or permitted to do so by law:

• Billing and financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Belgian accounting law.
• Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements may be retained for the duration of any ongoing legal proceedings.
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

If you used Facebook Login or connected your account via Meta, you can also remove Stratics.ai's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.
2. Find Stratics.ai in the list of apps.
3. Click Remove to revoke access.

Revoking access on Facebook stops future data sharing but does not automatically delete data already held by us. To request deletion of that data, use one of the methods above.
